The FIRST Impact Award is the organization's most prestigious award. It is given to teams that uphold the values of FIRST in a way that raises the bar for other teams to emulate. Teams that earn this award promote elements of STEAM as well as Gracious Professionalism in ways that impact not just the team but their communities and beyond.
